Return conditions

 You can return the goods within 14 days if:

- The goods to be returned are presented in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, without losing their appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.)
- The deadline for returning the goods has not expired - 14 days after receiving the package.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. When returning a product, you must write the order number, your name, surname, bank account number and date of purchase on a plain sheet of paper and put it in the package.  If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail. by mail info@graziaiatrodai.lt.

2. Pack the returned product properly and send it:

-Registered shipment, by mail, to the address: Parduotuvė www.graziaiatrodai.lt, Jotvingių st. 15, 48124 Kaunas, +370 664 04 370

or by

Money is not refunded when returning time has expired. The goods are sent to the buyer only after he has paid for re-shipment .

We are not responsible for returned goods sent to addresses other than those specified, with incorrect contacts or other incorrect information. 

The returned item must be packed in a similar sized package. Please do not roll it into a ball, compress it or put it in a package that is several times smaller than the one you received the product in.

1. Shipping/delivery costs of returned goods are paid by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the product is refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. The refund time depends on how long you send the returned item:

Refund time is 14 working days after receiving the package

Inappropriate quality goods are returned based on the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by the ES.
